Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using RentOS.ai ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
The Service is for U.S. residents. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Service Description
RentOS.ai provides property management tools, including expense tracking, rent coordination, maintenance requests, file storage, and AI-powered property insights. Features may change over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keeping your login secure.
Free Trial & Subscription
- 14-day free trial for new users.
- After trial, recurring subscriptions billed via Stripe (monthly/annual).
- Cancellations effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Fees are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Break laws or regulations.
- Upload malicious or infringing material.
- Harass or abuse others.
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
RentOS.ai software, trademarks, and content are owned by RentOS.ai LLC. We grant you a limited license to use the Service. No other rights are granted.
Warranties & Liability
The Service is provided "as is." No warranties, express or implied. Liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months prior to a claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentOS.ai LLC for claims arising from your misuse of the Service.
Disputes
All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Venue is San Mateo County, California. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@rentos.ai.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of RentOS.ai after changes take effect means acceptance of the updated Terms.
